Your daughter has a wonderful sense of composition and a flair for the dramatic - that latch picture is fantastic mixed among all the beautiful colors of your flowers, as is the picture of the lichen covered stone (wall?). Fantastic contrast among photos. And of course, this heart collector LOVES the heart-shaped hydrangea. Kudos to her - she's got a future in photography!Sheahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10784786875835093224noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-822082085899929140.post-72107449267988855602013-07-22T12:07:11.730-07:002013-07-22T12:07:11.730-07:00You used the right word, Colleen! So much better than a photo album that sits on a shelf.

She really has inherited your artistic sense, there's no question! I get positively giddy over your hydrangea photos, but oddily enough, my favorite photo of hers? The gate hook. LOVE that!!

Hang in there with your imprisonment! Your hydrangeas are different from mine, with tiny florets. I especially love the multicolored hydrangea. Would LOVE something like that. Mine range from light blue to dark blue because our soil is very acidic. I have one that's a deep reddish purple, and a white one. My pink is sort of a pinkish blue. Love that she spotted the heart-shaped hydrangea and photographed it for you. It must have been a real joy for you to see these photos. I hope you'll be able to get out there soon!Leslie Millerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12242569371751832426noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-822082085899929140.post-39972667221381791802013-07-18T07:46:22.143-07:002013-07-18T07:46:22.143-07:00Fabulous set of pictures! Great photos. And, she's only eleven? I love that photo of the door latch...simple and striking. Your flowers are looking beautiful even if they aren't getting your attention this summer.
I wish I could grow zinnias but the humidity is so bad they always get mildew really bad. I guess I need some mildew resistant ones.
That heart shaped hydrangea is so pretty and sweet. Great eye! Benzihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14555561852325815281noreply@blogger.com
